We appreciate your 4-star review. Our goal is to provide answers to emails in a timely fashion. We are sorry that your books did not arrive by Christmas. Paperbacks print in 7- 9 business days with the delivery timeline in addition to the print timeline. During the holidays they typically take the full 9 days. The good news they did arrive on 12/30.
