Some items were out of stock so received a voucher in the order for the same amount but I don't intend to order again anytime soon. Requested a refund of the money I'm due but over 10 days no refund...
I didn't wait long for my order and was in a good box I just had one problem one of the things I bought wasn't there and my granddaughter was really sad because it was for her for School
Items were received damaged and despite sending an email to Customer Services to alert them to this, no reply was ever received, this is poor in today's standard of customer approval ratings.
