Delivery and website is great, some products it as I thought, but some great bargains too.

I would buy from you again . Would be better if it was free delivery

Fast and efficient delivery. Packed well without unnecessary packing materials. Great products at a fraction of the price than elsewhere.

As always an excellent seller, fast and secure packaging. Items are genuine and have shopped many times with confidence.

Shambles of a company. Had issues trying to pay with a debit card instead of PayPal. By the time it was sorted i was advised I had to remove white vinegar from my cart because it was out of stock....

Order was processed really quickly and arrived within 2 days. #HappyHinching was finally able to get som Pink Stuff.

Didn’t get all the stuff I ordered and was charged double the delivery. Will not be back

I bought few products and haven't received all the products that I paid for. This is very disappointed. I bought a product from Roc and the shop sent me other that even ia on sale on the website.

Wrong item delivered, with no explanation. Contacted them Fri 30th by phone to let them know, and have had no return call as promised to explain why

Very fast service was very impressed
