Sent out wrong carpet damaged underlay did not send replacement underlay with the changed carpet for the correct size ordered

All in all a positive shopping experience.
Service was excellent. Even when I changed my mind the night before delivery. Cancelled and refunded no problem. Ordered again and was delivered in good time. Within a week. Can't fault the service....
