Service was excellent. As soon as I ordered the bear, Mark was in communication with me right away regarding the personalisations, and his responses were very timely.

The goods never arrived even though they claimed they'd been sent. Even tried to say they'd been delivered after a month of chasing but didn't have any proof of where they'd gone, who'd signed for...

Hi Greg, I do apologise that you've had a negative experience with us. Over the Christmas period we have encountered a few issues with our courier due to postal strikes which meant parcels were extremely delayed. When you contacted us we asked our courier to return the parcel and now it has arrived back with us we initiated a refund as stated in an email. Again I really do apologise, as a small family business we really don't want people to go away unhappy with Noons.
