overall good but the verbal questionnaire took a lot longer than I was told when it started and the consultant did not know about how some details should be interpreted. And I never got a statement...

Helpful start
Good service, so far. Easy to set up the insurance. Helpful customer service. Note that all I have done is taken out a new insurance policy. I have not yet experienced NobleOak's response to a claim.
