I dont know why your operators cant follow up on behalf of their colleagues, apparantly I have to wait until one of them comes back to work so I can pay my yearly subs and arrange a visit 🙃

After taking out the insurance I rang to ask a question regarding my insurance, they told me someone would get back to me. No one did. The 2nd time I rang no one answered the phone.
