Not very good service
you can not log in to your own portfolio to check paper work and invoice.
I have raised this issue last year and I thought they sorted out but still not.
aslo i have asked to email me the invoice but...

THEY COULD COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION INSTEAD OF LEAVING THEIR CLIENT HANGING AND THEN NOT BEING INSURED WHILST THINKING THEY HAVE YOU COVERD.

Thank you for your feedback, I can confirm the policy was renewed with effect from the 19th August and the documents were sent by email to the address we have on file on the 10th August. I have arranged for an Executive to contact you to ensure you have no outstanding issues.
