I have dealt with Samantha for a couple of years and I’ve had really good experience with her making sorting the insurance out not a choir, credit to the company.

Perhaps answer the phone or reply to my emails.
I can't get through on the phone, and I've had no reply to my emails. I have paid for insurance and I want confirmation that I have cover. Is this too much to ask.
