No knowledge or reasonable notice.
If you can’t answer a question find out, don’t tell the customer it could have been a more costly outcome with the previous insurer. Give the industry standard renewal notice 28 days not the 11 days...

Competitive but watch the renewal date.
While I recieved a competitive quote I was informed the Insurance was renwable on a specific date but the insurance ran out the day before so I had to have the quote resubmitted to the underwriter...
