Attractive and convenient location on the seafront

Excellent service. It's a shame that the tv never got to work properly but it was only a half hour's worth of daily news and sport I wanted to catch up on.

Thanks for your kind words about our service. We are sorry you had issues over the TV and we can confirm that it's working properly now and was temporarily having some technical problems during your stay. A lot of our guests watch the news on their tablets which they can use by connecting to the free wifi which is available in all our properties.

The information prior to arrival was very good and gave all the information needed. We were met at the property on time and the introduction and guide to the apartment was very thorough.

On arrival we provide a welcome folder containing instructions on how to work the appliances and information about the local area

We do not think that any vetting of Sinclair could achieve a different outcome on a neighbour doing some improvements upstairs and moving furniture. We believe it was an unfortunate isolated incident. The Sinclair apartment has been with us for over five years with no noise issues, save for this neighbour one.

We try to be responsive to customer input, and we are sorry you were disappointed with the noise. For waht we can do about noise please see our Customer Charter.
