We can see that you started your policy and within a matter of hours you called us to make claim for a phone that you've owned for 2 years but only now decided to insure, only a few hours before you damaged the device for the first time. We've shared the claim process with you along with our approach to tackling insurance fraud and you still have not registered a claim with us and when we spoke with you, you raised no issues with the service that we provided.
