Brilliant 👍👍👍

From placing the order to receiving it everything went smoothly

Excellent service. Received the day after placing the order. Was a gift for a friend and she absolutely loves it. Was personalised with her grandchildrens name so it made it that bit more special

Product was delayed but when contacting they assured me that it would arrive the following day which it did. Wife loved the necklace was exactly what she wanted.

Great quality necklace, fantastic customer service from the company and the product arrived before the estimated delivery and at a fair price.

As hoped and expected is gift not due yet hopefully she will like it

by delivering the necklace i ordered it weeks ago for my daughters birthday and it still has not arrived .

received promptly, worked out around £67 per gram for 9ct gold but had to pay a local jeweller to solder rings closed for peace of mind

Very easy to use ordering very quick delivery. Was pleasantly surprised when I received it, very good quality and package lovely. Think I will be back.

The size of the necklace is for an infant. I am super unhappy with it. I have bought this style of necklace 3 times before and I have never got it this small. The chain is awful
