Your order was despatched on Monday as we don't ship out on the weekend. The order was sent via Australia Post with tracking number 99701979638301008320902. You can check the status of the delivery on Aus Post website. Unfortunately we have to rely on couriers for Home delivery and its beyond our scope to guarantee the delivery date. As discussed yesterday, we have lodged an enquiry on the parcel and been advised the delivery time has been revised. This is expected to be delivered by Friday 27.9.18. You can make enquiry with Aus Post with the above tracking number as well. Appreciate your feedback but this order has a tracking enabled and updates on shipping were sent to the email address through AU post. Smooth transaction. It would be good to make it clear that this is actually not a Dyson hose but an aftermarket hose that fits a Dyson vacuum cleaner.
