Thank you for your review and please accept my apologies for this. As discussed our suppliers were out of stock of the product and I understand the offer of an alternative bedframe was not wanted. We did dispatch the part as soon as the stock arrived but appreciate this was not acceptable.
Very efficient.
Delivery was by 2 helpful men.
The product, which was fragile, was so well protected in it's packaging that it arrived in perfect condition.
Very pleased with the whole experience.
