Service was excellent, it arrived on the day specified and was very well packed . Bed is very well made and very srurdy, it was also very easy to put together, took my husband about 15 mins to do....

We had the mattress three weeks before the bed frame.... Other than that they we great.

Thank you for your review. We do manufacture the mattresses ourselves and deliver in 3-5 days and I am afraid the bedframe is send from a different supplier and the lead time is 3 weeks although we did advise this at the time of order.

Thank you for your review and firstly I would like to apologise for letting you down as this is something we do not do but have done on this instance. This is a new supplier and they failed on two occasions to send the parts when we requested.
The customer service agent had left for the day but had passed all the details onto another collegue and he was dealing with this and did remedy the issue that afternoon. However this being said you should not have been let down in the first place.
We have now put a procedure in place where we will have all fittings in our offices so if this happens again we will not be in the hands of suppliers and will have parts to dispatch immediately for delivery to the customer before 10.00AM the following day.
Again please accept our apologies for this.
