The service given is reasonable however the prices used in sales are grossly inflated, better deals are available with many other agents , even their own cruise megastore.

Thank you for your feedback. Cruise line prices are always fluctuating due to demand, in turn this means our 241 program needs to be dynamic, with new cruises being added daily. The program offers genuine savings off the total retail price for two and are applicable on selected cruise itineraries. The pricing model is transparent. The first passenger pays the full brochure rate plus port charges and government taxes. the consultanys we dealt with were most helpful and very imformative on the trips we wanted to do.
