Efficient service
Although it took a while to get put through to a consultant, when I did he did what I asked home to do straight away. Then it was easy to get deposit paid and cruise booked.

Friendly knowledgeable service. Know your prices and research.
It's a reasonably good program if you know what you are getting. Prices can be good, research and know your products. You should of course do this with all agencies and programs.
