Not happy!
Abysmal experience. Wrong information given by your staff and ended up by me losing money when policy had to be cancelled and a new one taken out. Your company should have absorbed the loss as wrong...

Thank you for bringing tis to our attention. I understand that Emily has contacted you this afternoon, and things are now resolved. I have also asked as to how this could have happened and for our procedure to be explained to me, and how it can be changed to resolve this happening again. Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience and any distress this has caused, but I thank you for bringing it to our attention.
