When it came it was as ordered. Took longer than expected and I felt as if there was some uncertainty about that - but they might have told me it would take a while and I didn't process that fully....

Very slow
Product fine but a lengthy turnaround, 2 weeks is too slow even under these current circumstances

HiThanks for the feedback. I've checked your order, and you selected our free shipping option, which has a delivery expectation of approx 10 working days (2 weeks). Your order was delivered within the timeframe you chose.
We do have other shipping options for more urgent orders, including express 3 day turnaround.
