Dear Sir, We have just checked with the engineer and an Acorn 130 was indeed installed at your property. The engineer did indeed speak to you on arrival as you were concerned but he showed you that the lift he was installing was exactly as ordered and advised and after leaving him for five min and doing your on research you returned and asked him to proceed. (He had previously offered to cancel install and change to another product if you wished) We have tried to call you since this review was posted and will continue to do so. Regards MyMobilityUK
