Most of the booking and handling of this event was done by others, in my limited dealings with MMEvents everything was dealt with professionally and friendly.

Only thing I'd suggest is sharing photos taken during the evening
(perhaps ask prior to the event if anyone objects to having them posted on FB or similar?).
