Good price with good level of cover. Communication with regards to email confirmations could be better or a my account style portal.

good so far
I did ring to start with to ask a question. Which when I phoned proved difficult to get through. But on all emails I was able to get a quick response.
I do hope if I do have to claim the process...

Sorry you had problem contacting us by phone. We really do want to give first class service.
We are a general insurance broker that transacts other type of business but will now have a designated phone line for gadget insurance.

Can’t change direct debit date
Can’t change your direct debit date.
You have to cancel the hole policy and start again just to pay on a different date. I’ve never heard of a company that can’t change a direct debit date.

We only accept one payment gateway which is Gocardless. It is great but does not allow to change payment date which I agree with you is not good.
Probably too late for you but something we are looking into.
