Disappointed

Very disappointed that I was charged 2 weeks rent .I understand it was written in the small print (TYPICAL)Customers should be made aware as a priority for good customer service. .

This should be clearly highlighted on the front page of your contract, if we have failed to do so, then I am very sorry and would be happy to refund the notice period charge.

Service was very good, staff was very friendly at all time, i recommend this self storage place if you need one in hackney for a short term, competitive prices in relation to the London area.
