Not great

Initially a good deal but then rate hiked up. When we transferred somewhere else nobody tried to find out why. Owed money as rebate and underpaid by £60, had to wait to get it back.

Opening hours are closely monitored to ensure we meet demand but I understand this may not always be optimum for every customer.
