Thank you for your review. I’ve taken a look at your order and the tracking currently shows the parcel as delivered to the shipping address provided.
Occasionally, couriers may leave parcels with a neighbour, another member of the household, or in a secure safe place nearby, so it may be worth checking those locations first. In the meantime, I’ll also investigate this further from our side and keep in touch with you directly while we work to get this resolved as quickly as possible. 😊

Product arrived in time stated. No issues apart from the colour of the wrap. Description and image white but the wrap was not as described (cream/off white). Lovely fabric and fit
