Thanks for the feedback - As we say on the website, carpet beetles are exceptionally stubborn pests and take time to eradicate. The Blitzkits kit is suitable for an initial treatment but further treatments are likely to be required over a period of time. On the subject of delivery, we are reviewing performance, although this appears to be an isolated case. Thanks again.
