have had to order the same jacket on 3 occasions. they keep sending jackets that appear to have been worn before.

i forgot to add that the suit jacket arrived in a plastig bag and without a suit cover. judging from the other comments and feedback from other customers this is not an isolated incident.

arrived in a plastic bag without any other protection and without a suit cover.
So far the service has been excellent and the returns policy via local stores excellent. I still await the final cog in the wheel. A refund for the goods i sent back via this service!
