Thanks for your feedback Robert, reviews like this are taken seriously, and I will personally look into this. As this is not acceptable and not usual practice fro the Money Advice team. The offices are open 7 days a week, which is why you may have had a call on Sunday as your Assessor Shaun works on Sunday. I apologise that your experience using Money Advice hasn't met your expectations.
