We can see from our records that you were using our chat service, however as the automated reply explains, this isn’t active over the weekend. Our support team operate 7 days a week between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm. During the weekend, our support phone number (+44 (0) 8432 247840) switches to a voicemail service after providing the caller with our support email address: support@mintra.com. This email address is monitored from 8 am till 10 pm at the weekends by our support technicians. Again, please accept our apologies and we are pleased these issues have now been resolved for you and your MIST certificate recorded in our system.

Thank you for your feedback on the MIST-Online course and we are sorry that you felt the course was too long. The online course has been built to the OPITO standard and must contain all the required learning outcomes. The MIST-Online pre-assessment is specifically designed to strip out any topics you already know and tailor the course to your knowledge gaps. Thank you again for taking the time to leave feedback.
