I couldn't verify my ID using the phone app. The online course was slow at times and errors were frequent.
The customer service was very quick and efficient in resolving said issue's.

The OPITO Authorised Gas Tester Training certificate is valid for 3 years, and the completion is recorded on the Vantage database. The OPITO certificates are issued to the individual learner, and can be validated here https://www.thehubopito.com/public/validate. These should be recognised and be transferrable between companies as long as the certificate has not expired.
