Not the greatest experience.
I still haven’t received my item I ordered over a week ago and it still is not dispatched. Communication from purchase had been very poor. I had to reach out for an update twice and wasn’t informed...

We are really sorry you had this experience with us and agree we let you down, which is something we aim to never do. Our delays with this stock took us by surprise and unfortunately we were under the impression it would arrive with us much sooner than we did. I hope the email we sent you helps to make up for this experience and we really hope to see you again at Minnow as we would love the opportunity to show our usual high levels of customer service.

Thankyou Stacey. I can’t say I have had the best experience but can fully understand product delays. I do however greatly appreciate the prompt response from you and your team. And minnows drive to rectify my concerns. I really cannot not wait to try this product once it finally arrives and leave a review.

Very tight, so it’s better to buy one size up

Brilliant!
My daughters have worn these shows in every size for 2 years and love them. So comfy, easy and colourful! I love that they’re Australian and that they were designed by women who saw a need.

Great company and products
Great company and great products. My daughter loves the sandals. It is also important to us to support a small Australian business.
