Good customer service.
The agent I'd been dealing with wasn't available for a follow-up call but I was offered a call on Saturday at 11.00 to complete the purchase and at 11.00 on the appointed day the agent called.

Another wonderful addition to give peace of mind
Very easy once I followed the link number from letter sent. If going via the email prices were different and took ages to load. I now have peace of mine that my JCW is covered
