I completed purchase on line which was easy to complete. Not so easy receiving any correspondence as after a few weeks had no receipt or details returned to me.

Call handler was very efficient and pleasant.

Very easy and took less than 10 minutes to receive info and sign up. No waiting in a call queue.

Purchasing was easy but no sign of any documentation Called helpline Told me to wait another 2 weeks Asked them to check the original delay Transferred to a non existent extension

Would recommend mini warranty insurance so easy to complete purchase over the phone

Log in was not easy. Had a pin etc but had to go to quote which seemed odd as I already had the cost.

The agent was very helpful and explained what was covered with the warranty. I thought the price was reasonable and too good not to take it out.
