Very straightforward online process with good explanations and documentation. Phone back up available if needed. A good product which we have purchased for both of our mini’s.

Ok but I continue to get unsolicited e mails asking me to take out a plan,
I only subscribe to this plan because of Minis design to force me to use their service centres

took nearly 3 hours to come, on my own at night on a side road
Attending quicker, getting facts of breakdown correct so that the right rescue vehicle is sent
