Metrol Springs Limited 리뷰

Hi there Mark, apologies for the short fall in our stock. Unfortunately on the day of your website purchase we were experiencing a system issue with the stock updater. This has since been fixed. On the day of your order, we did call to advise you the product was actually out of stock and offered you a full refund which is standard policy. The length of time a refund actually comes through to your bank is stipulated by the bank itself, we have no say on how quickly it can be processed unfortunately.

We pride ourselves on not just selling the product but understanding it inside and out, we're so happy to have been able to help you. Please do get in touch if you need anything else :)

Hi there, I'm sorry you have had a less than positive experience with us, we always do try our best to get the product to you when we estimate we will do. Sadly there are factors outside of our control such as couriers and sister company manufacturing schedules. We did respond to your emails to advise on updated estimations on when your order would be dispatched. We apologise for falling short in this case, however we can see from our records your order was delivered on the day you left this review. If you would like to discuss further please do get in touch.

Thank you for the positive feedback, much appreciated :)
