Hi Richard, thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we're sorry that we did not measure up to expectations this time. Unfortunately there was a mistake on the website which meant you did not receive the spacer on the gas strut you asked for. Also as is the case for many other business we do require the return of goods before we send replacements out. The initial fault was ours and so we offered to reimburse you for the cost of sending these items back and provide free shipping for the replacements. I can assure you that we did not hang up on you either despite you swearing at my colleague, you were put on hold for a member of the sales team to speak to their manager. It is important to note that we do have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to verbally mistreating our staff, please bear this in mind for future communications.
