Thank-you for the feedback, and I'm so sorry that we didn't get it right on this occasion. I understand that whilst we dispatched your order on an overnight delivery which arrived with you the following day, there was a picking error in our warehouse which meant that you didn't receive the correct fittings. I can only apologise for the error, and I have spoken with our warehouse team about this. On the rare occasions when a picking error occurs, we always do our very best to resolve the problem as a matter of urgency. Therefore, on the same day we were made aware of the issue we dispatched the replacement order on an overnight delivery service with DPD. Unfortunately, I understand that the courier attempted to deliver the replacement parcel the following day just after 5pm when your premises was closed, and as this was a Friday it meant that re-delivery was delayed until you were open again on the Monday. Again, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused. I can see that you have ordered from us a number of times, and so hopefully you will appreciate that the delay on this occasion was the exception to the rule, and should you order with us again we will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives as expected.
