As discussed with one of our directors, your item has been delayed due to the diversion of our shipping container to an alternative port (unfortunately, this was outside of our control). Speedy delivery, well wrapped but without excessive packaging and roll of wire in excellent condition, no dented ends or kinks in roll. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

The order was delivered a couple of days before the stated date which makes a pleasant change as normally orders from most firms arrive AFTER the given date

Much quicker than expected.

The order was made on a Tuesday afternoon. Delivery was promised in 3 to 5 working days. I received my order early the next day - less than 24 hours!
