Very welcoming, felt we got a lot out of the workshop, like learning about how chocolate pods around the world give different flavour notes, and so the tasting experience was guided to pick up on...
The class was truly great and I could see that everyone here is passionate about chocolate making.

There should be a bit more information about the chocolate and not worry as much about getting all the information on the tequila (you are a chocolate shop first!)
