Poor quality , greed & zero customer service!
No reply to my email ..… says it all. No customer service!
Faulty garment had to return but then still had to pay £5 to return it….. not my fault their quality check was not done.

Item was quickly despatched and delivered but the returns process has been extremely poor. M&Co should ensure that the couriers offered actually collect the items.
