On-line booking system was easy to use and reminders were appropriate Detailed travel instructions and codes were provided in good time Links to places to visit were also helpful

Have booked with Marsdens on numerous occasions and we have always had lovely holidays

Breakage charge policy is a downer. Details are vague and hard to find.

Have booked a cottage several times through Marsdens. Simple process, informative and pretty good value for the standard of property in my experience.
