Thank you for taking time to pass on your concerns, should you have highlighted your issues while taking your holiday I would have done my utmost to try and support or with the owners permission, possibly move you to another property.
This is the first time we have had any negative feedback from this apartment and be assured we have now put into place follow up checks with our property team and the Visit-England assessor.
It was nice speaking with you today and I do hope you will return soon to this wonderful part of the South West.
