READ YOUR PAPERWORK

My fault for not taking the time to read through everything before signing but to add $500 of life insurance and auto club membership onto a $2000 loan is very underhanded.

I have contacted my branch, I have written them a letter explaining that I sent in my cancellation letters within the time frame required and I have still not received any response.
