It would be easier if you could check in earlier than 36 hours prior to departure - I'm sure it used to be a week. A lot of other airlines have 30 days

Efficient in all they did
Prompt replies to email queries. Suitable flights and accommodation found. Final booking done over the phone..efficiently dealt with. Very pleased with all they did. Thank you.

I found the paying process confusing to the point where I called my credit card company to ask why my card was being declined.They were also puzzled.
