Good service

Generally they gave a very good service which involved showing all prospective buyers the property as we were not able to do that. On a couple of occasions the contact with us could have been better.

While the staff seem pleasant and conscientious, they appear to be struggling with systems which are inadequate. Getting accounting information can be like drawing teeth.

Would never recommend

Sales were lost due to a poor range of mortgages offered to buyers by Mann mortgage advisors. Worst of all, our final buyer was initially put off by being told there were tenants living in my house,...
