Booking On-line
This was my first experience of booking on-line for parking at the airport & it was quick, easy & very efficient. I would certainly recommend the service & use it again.
Very helpful, clear questions well set out. I have to admit to an error in the registration I gave and this was corrected in seconds, on the phone, and re-printed Confirmation document within quarter...
The driver took over 1h to arrive at the terminal when he should have only have taken 20 mins as stated.

We have investigated your complaint and have learned that you were kept waiting due to an administrative error. Our car park provider had manually entered the wrong terminal on your booking which caused delay. Action has been taken to automate the booking process to avoid future human administrative errors.
The fact that you had to wait for up to an hour is obviously unacceptable, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have refunded your booking fee in full and would like to offer you a complimentary parking with the same service provider to restore your confidence in our company.
