Mally's Crafts Limited 리뷰

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can see that your order was completed on the 25th October and was ready to collect by Royal Mail, at this time. However, due to multiple Royal Mail strikes the past few weeks, they were unable to collect until the next working day. This would have caused delays to the delivery of your parcel. Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control. We always advise to order with enough space for delays, as they can happen at any time. The delivery date that is given on our website is only an estimate, and we always work as hard as we can to meet these dates. I do apologise if this has caused any frustrations.
