Do not order

Received wrong order and when asked for a refund they refused to refund it even though they did the mistake

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the error that occurred. It appears that despite our offer of a replacement, you opted to seek a resolution elsewhere. We did propose a refund upon the sign's return and even provided a shipping label for your convenience. Regrettably, we have not received the sign back as yet to proceed with the refund process.
