Easy buying experience, good feedback. Prompt delivery.

Thank you for your feedback. I cannot understand how there were bricks and wire in the product as it is a quarried granite. Unfortunately, it is impossible to wash gabion stone due to it's size and thus you will find a small proportion of small material in the bottom of the bags. We overfill bags to comepnsate for this. You will not find a quarry that washes gabion stone in the UK.
Order process was good and delivery was OK. However delivery was challenging as only one man and a pallet truck arrived which found any incline, no matter how minor a major challenge.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry that you feel you had too much fine material in the bag. However, our bags are overfilled to compensate for the presence of fines as stated on our website.
